BOONE—University Documentary Film Services at Appalachian State University will host the 2nd Annual Blue Mountain Film Festival April 7. The festival runs from 4 to 8 p.m. in Room 114 of Belk Library and Information Commons on the campus. The event is free and open to the public. An award-winning film will be announced each hour.
