BOONE— Jason Thompson directs Appalachian State University’s Jazz Vocal Ensemble in a Dec. 1 performance. The program begins at 8 p.m. in Broyhill Music Center’s Rosen Concert Hall. Admission is free.
The vocalists will be accompanied by pianist Matthew Power, bass player Zachary Sprau and percussionist Heath Towson.
The program includes “Here’s That Rainy Day,” “All of Me,” “Embraceable You” and “Lover Come Back to Me.”
