BOONE—David Considine, a professor of instructional technology and media studies at Appalachian State University, is one of four finalists for Cable in the Classroom’s 2008 Cable’s Leaders in Learning Award in the media literacy education category. He was nominated for the award by Charter Communications in Boone. [more]
