Looking Glass Gallery features student’s photography

Gallery_t.jpgBOONE—Looking Glass Gallery in Appalachian State University’s Plemmons Student Union presents “My Nighttime Playground Obsession,” an exhibit produced by Holly Thugut.

Thugut is a senior general theatre major. Her exhibit’s photographs highlight the way night can completely alter our view of things, and transform a lighthearted playground into an eerie place.

The exhibit runs through Dec. 6. A reception for Thugut will be held Nov. 6 at 4:30 p.m. in the gallery.

Looking Glass Gallery is located on the first floor of Plemmons Student Union, across from Crossroads Coffeehouse.
