Featured quarters included the international champion quartet Nightlife from California and the Triad Harmony Express chorus from Winston-Salem. Four other quartets will also perform, including a prize-winning foursome of students from Appalachian.

Nightlife has been in demand as featured entertainers since 1990. They have appeared throughout the United States and Canada, England, Ireland, Germany and Australia. The quartet had a featured role in a television movie “Mother of the Bride” and has appeared on the daytime show “Mike and Matty.” Their compact disc recordings “Songs at Twilight,” “Basin Street Blues” and “Blues in the Night” will be available for purchase at the show.

Triad Harmony Express has been the featured chorus for all 24 years of the annual show. Each year they assemble a group of songs that are familiar to audiences, and that are enjoyable to sing and to hear. They also incorporate innovative staging in their performances.
