APPS Santa Toy Box Christmas Tree

113004apps_dl.jpgElizabeth Destajo selects an ornament from the APPS Santa Toy Box Christmas tree in Appalachian State University’s Plemmons Student Union. Students, faculty, staff and others select an ornament with the age of a child printed on it and buy an appropriate gift for that child to receive at Christmas. The toy drive deadline is Dec 8. Destajo is a freshman pharmacy major from Cherryville.

Popular Video Game Dance Dance Revolution

Chamber and University Singers and Symphony Orchestra Perform Dec. 5

BOONE – The Chamber and University Singers and the Appalachian Symphony Orchestra at Appalachian State University will present a free concert Sunday, Dec. 5, at 2 p.m. in Broyhill Music Center’s Rosen Concert Hall.
