Faculty Recital Series Presents “An Evening of Piano Music from the Romantic Era” Feb. 4

012403frspiano_dl.jpgBOONE–“An Evening of Piano Music from the Romantic Era” will be presented on Tuesday, Feb. 4, as part of the Hayes School of Music’s Faculty Recital Series at Appalachian State University.The free concert starts at 8 p.m. in Broyhill Music Center. The public is welcome.

Pianist Rodney Reynerson will perform music from the 19th century, considered the most prolific era for music development and compositional output, with the piano at the center of this growth.

Selections from composers Frederic Chopin, Fran Liszt, Johannes Brahms and Robert Schumann will be performed.
